DELIVERY TIME

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 3.30 pm and shipments are given to the courier Federal Express (EU) and GLS (Italy).

Orders are shipped on the first working day following the one on which the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and bank verification for our new customers.

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

During the sales or promotions period, shipments may require slower times.

Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment are 2-4 working days.

FALIERO SARTI is not responsible for any delays due to the courier for operational reasons or causes beyond FALIERO SARTI's control.

The prices already include customs clearance costs and customs duties, the customer does not have to incur additional costs (goods returned through customs).

FREE SHIPPING

Depending on the current promotions, customers will be able to benefit from free shipping. This will be promptly communicated by the promotional bar of the site and at checkout, at the time of completion of the order.

CUSTOMS CHARGES

The prices displayed on the websites of non-European Union countries are already inclusive of import duties and customs charges, the customer does not have to incur additional expenses (DUTY DELIVERY PAID). The price you see is the price you pay.

 

DELIVERY OF GOODS

Customers receive a shipment confirmation email containing the link to track the delivery.

Customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing proof of delivery of the shipment. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact us by email at: customercare@falierosarti.com.

If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund due.

Prices are all inclusive, which means they include duty and import fees.
