Returns and Refunds

​General Returns Policy

The Consumer has a right to withdraw from the contract without stating any reasons within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased goods to him or a delegated third part.

The returned goods are shipped free of charge.

The refunded total will be net of import and customs charges (Outside of the EU).

Faliero Sarti only refunds the value of the returned goods, if the order included shipping costs these will not be refundable.

Please allow 3 days for the goods to be checked and for the request for refund. The client will receive a confirmation email at the time of the request for refund.

The goods must be returned from the same country to which the order has been sent.

Return the packaged product, with the original labels and tags, taking care that they are not damaged. In case of lack of packaging for the return, make use of a suitable and robust box.

The returned goods must not show signs of use or have been altered in any way. Faliero Sarti reserves the right to refuse any returned goods if they do not conform to the terms and conditions of the returns policy. In that case the client will be notified via email upon delivery of the goods.

Prices are all inclusive, which means they include duty and import fees.
